I wish I could give zero stars. We were forced to switch to Clearent by our software company. It's been nothing short of miserable. They don't have any secure system to send bank account information. Yet they charge you $25 a month if you're not PCI compliant with credit card information. Yes, you read that correctly. When you set up your service they just expect you to email your bank account number to them with a scanned copy of a voided check.
