As a loan broker my advice - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Horrible processing times, poor communication, delays that put my buyer at risk, and created unnecessary stress. Not to mention the seller was panicked. Missed time lines. No way to discuss conditions with underwriter directly. AE too busy to attend to urgent requests and was unable to resolve. I could go on, but you get the idea. Will be the last loan I ever do with this company.
