Theres no focus on reducing your child’s rosseti score—just individual goals. Thats fine if your child has a permanent disability, but doesn’t make sense for children who just need to catch up on language skills. They also seem to have an issue with breastfeeding. My child was referred to EI at 6 months old for feeding therapy due to only taking breast—no bottle, which was crucial for his survival while at daycare 9 hours a day. Worst company to work for. The higher ups are a disgrace to this organization. They work you like slaves only for mediocre pay and will tell you well you didn't get into this field for the pay?! Yes, you came here to help people with disabilities but you too want to be paid your worth as having over 40 caseloads is very demanding and salary should reflect this.
