Special ordered couch through them. When came in and was not as expected. Wife depended on sales person on comfort level. When came in couch super stiff and hard decided to return. Was informed of "restocking" fee. Was expecting 15 percent at most. Actually ends up whole deposit about 1000 dollars. Which is way over 15 percent. Not told of this when ordered.
