AWESOME experience renting a kayak from them. I am completely impressed. If you need to rent a kayak or canoe this is THE BEST place to go. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store has AWESOME kayaks, gear, and supplies. I will absolutely be a returning customer. 5/5 stars well deserved.
Very nice and helpful shop - I rented a canoe and wasn't able to get to the store before closing time so the manager waited for a half hour so I could still return it that night ... amazing service and would recommend to anyone.
Great service and we had a great time
5 star service. Erik went above and beyond to set me up. No one around the twin cities metro had the Native Watercraft Slayer Propel 10 LTE in the Andros Green color. Clear Waters Outfitting Company was the only location around me that was able to order the kayak on my behalf and I drove over and picked it up as soon as it was delivered to his location. Bought a new kayak there this weekend. Can't say enough good things about Clear Water Outfitters! Answered all my questions, and enlightened me on some things I didn't know. My j-hooks were too big for the new kayak, so they helped me test fit ones they sold until we found one that fit. Helped with the install, and got me on my way with the new yak!!
