Clear vision hypnosis really helped me out to become a smoke-free person. It's easy and Pauline is very easy to talk with, there were no side effects and being a smoke-free person feels wonderful. It's not like trying to quit with patches or prescriptions that allow you to continue smoking and slowly make you sick, this is instant gratification, no withdrawals or bitchiness, just smoke-free.
