I recently closed my property with TD through clear trust- Alex and doesn’t recommend anyone using his services for any mortgage needs. pros: he will run numbers for you for your various properties.. this is only positive. Cons: (1) got me highest rate (5.14% for 5 years) in May this year that too he initially mentioned I was approved for 4.89% so I didn’t shop around for better rates.. later when I actually making application after a month he said it is 5.14% not 4.89%.. argued he don’t remember… clearly trust issues.
