Amazing service by Pauline who recommended I do a hydrafacial. It was exactly what my skin needed and I can’t wait to go back and try out the other skin treatments!

Pauline was just amazing with the micro-needling. I was worried about the pain as my first session but no she was just GREAT! Very knowledgeable and very thorough.
The laser used didn't work on me. After 5 sessions the hair did not shed once. I spent $2000 on a package for full body treatments not knowing they use the YAG laser which doesn't work. They have a no refund policy despite the fact I didn't use the rest of the sessions. I am now being treated at Vic Laser Clinic in Hawthorn with the Alexandrite laser machine. Pauline, was able to quickly shuffle a few appointments around to quickly get myself into my scheduled laser appointment, that I was running late for due to traffic. She is and was so helpful at the front desk, over the phone plus she is extremely knowledgeable, quick and efficient, along with being so kind in understanding my situation due to being late. Pauline is amazing and what she does and you can tell she loved what she does too. I can’t wait for my appointment today. Thank you again to Pauline and the Team.
