You can expect the worst possible customer service and disregard for client bookings. I had booked 3 weeks in advanced a birthday gift for my mother 2X microneedling facial and it was changed to microdermabrasion IN ONLY 4DAYS NOTICE which is an inferior, unwanted and different treatment. Bad experienced with the booking system and when I called to the Chatswood reception could not even assist me.
Got a free consultation about my skin which I appreciate however the lady who assisted me had quite an intense attitude and was assertive when asking questions about my skin, diet and products I use. I just didnt get that warm and friendly customer service I wanted .
I made a booking almost a week ago and went for my laser hair appointment today (booking photo attached) and the clinic was not even open. I had no phone call or text or email or anything to notify me that the booking was being cancelled. This is an appalling way to treat customers.
