GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! MY lip filler done incorrectly and resulted in lopsided lips. Went back for a consult and they agreed (in writing) that they were disformed. They offered them to be fixed but needed to wait 6 weeks for approval, after 6 weeks they won’t reply or address the issue. I should’ve listened to the other reviews
I usually do to the one in Manuka and it works wonders! One day unfortunately it was full so I took an appointment in this studio...save your money do not come here! I wasted a full session with zero result! The laser always works really good on me not this time, the lady put a really low setting and now my hair are like if I just shaved! Terrible experience really disappointed I will love my money back
My wife wanted a refund having not seen any improvemnet as they changed from cream to LED for acne. The front staff said that the refunded money would be on her account. When asked if they give us a card or send us a mail, they said they had no way of either sending a mail stating the amount of money in her account or did they give any card (with the stated account money on them). Really!!!! Are we are living in 2022 ? What a bad bad experience. Will never come or recommend anybody here.
Most expensive laser treatment I’ve had, and they couldn’t even do there job properly, I still have more then half my body hair on me, i don’t know what she even did
My last experience was awful. Went in for a laser treatment, the girl couldn't find the protective glasses for clients to wear during the laser process, so she told me to just shut my eyes until. Turned off after that experience, won't return.
