BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING PLACE! This place didn’t submit anything to CRA and now they are after me. The lady Teresa did my taxes for multiple years only to find out she never actually did it, CRA didn’t receive anything and she keeps lying saying she did it. I paid her for multiple years to do my taxes and now I’m in complete trouble and she won’t take accountability. Don't know what happened to Clear Return Taxes, the new company is called: The Tax Nerds; same location, same employees, but new owner. I've paid Theresa to do our corporate taxes, then get a call from CRA, stating they don't have our 2021-2022 taxes. Yes the receptionist is indeed rude and won't answer or return calls. After confronting Theresa about our tax documents, she's made it clean, she'll get it done, but their priority is to get others tax done, because its tax season. Sounds like money grabbing to me.
Anyone knows if Clear Return Taxes is still in business? or relocated? ... They aren't answering and their McArthur Office is up for lease!!! Can we please get some news if they're still in business?
