I first heard about hypnotherapy from my mother who used it to overcome some pretty severe trauma. One of the best things I have done for myself in a very long time. Mary is calming, insightful and an excellent companion for visits with the un/subconscious mind.
After seeing Mary for weight loss I came away with a new outlook on weight loss. My personal loss is slow but my brain is changing. I especially am happy with how the techniques have spilled over into many other areas of my life. Mary was easy to talk to and worked hard to ensure my comfort. She also made sure that I didn't have to be "done," I could reach out for more help if needed.
Almost 90 days of being a non smoker. This is the longest I’ve ever been smoke free in 32 years. I’ve quit a hundred times. This just feels different.
