I've banked with this bank since it was first called The Terra Alta Bank,up on lower street.in town. they have very helpful staff, and alway friendly. GREAT SERVICE.
I have been banking here since i moved here in the 80s always had great service never any problems
This is not your best Hometown Bank, they are rude, snody, make you feel like a nothing if you don't have a lot of money, you can pay off loans and go back to get another you are told no, then others can get them. It's about who you are, not about your credit with this bank.
