it was bad enough to get charged for paper statements and told I can't opt out because my account "isn't eligible" (when I had been for the last 20 years!!!), but getting locked out of my online banking with your "update" and told I can't re-enroll and that you can't find MY account because you've decided it belongs to the SECONDARY name on the account (not that person's account! Never try to use this bank for a mortgage.
Have been a customer ever since the first branch in Kingwood opened. Staff at Reedsville Branch are amazing.
Quite angry. My type of account was changed and I was charged for paper statements which were free with the account that I had signed up for many years ago. I wouldn't have minded had they INFORMED me prior to the change. I could have changed my account to receive electronic statements to avoid loosing MY money. Keep an eye on your accounts because it is hard to tell how many customers they have done this too without informing them!
I tried to get a loan and they kept refusing for different reasons
The ladies at the Rowlesburg office are so wonderful!!
