Joe has helped me so much. I went to Joe with some personal issues and after seeing him the first time I felt so much better. I continued with therapy and found Joe to be very compassionate and understanding. He has helped me to be a better and stronger person. The life skills he gives you are easily adopted into everyday life. He allows you to record the sessions which is profoundly helpful as when you listen back you pick up on so much more. I now find life more enjoyable and I feel so much happier. Thank You Joe!

My experience was positive. I had two sessions to over come acute panic attacks and performance anxiety which really affected my job at the time. After a week of re-listening to the recordings of the session, my anxieties where completely gone. I was willing to let it work, though I had natural reservations, and it paid off.

Sorry, nothing good from me. After 1.5 hours of listening and trying to learn. I got nothing! I was told a follow up call would happen. Still waiting 3 months later. I even emailed a polite email about my experience and disappointed. They didn't have the courtesy to respond.
