Bought a (great!) Gregory Cajete book directly from the publisher, Clear Light — which sent the book on time and in great condition!

I would rate it 0. I ordered my book a couple of days ago and it's still saying "processing." Furthermore I can't reach anyone even though it says they are open 24 hours. I've left several messages as I need to know when my book will arrive. I'm in the process of canceling my order. Very unprofessional.
