Not recommended. We had a very straightforward request for a couple of wills and enduring powers of attorney. Clear Law told us it would take a couple of weeks; it ended up taking a couple of months, and only after we repeatedly chased them. The only time we didn’t have to chase was when it came to invoicing - the bill came within 10 minutes of our final meeting. There are plenty of estate lawyers in Canberra who aren’t Clear Law - I’d recommend you look into one of them.
First time using Clear Law. Had a very sensitive family matter that needed legal intervention. From the very first meeting, I knew I was in good hands, as Dan was obviously very sensitive to my situation and clearly layed out my options and the end to end process from the very first meeting. From that point, throughout the process the communication and guidance (sometimes not legal but personal) was fantastic. Highly recommended Clear law
