If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I rented this place out 16 days ago and still no return of my deposit! The manager claims he is too busy to call his Plummer that repaired a little pipe in the restroom to see how much he's deducting from my deposit. I cleaned and gave him back his keys. per the "Contract" once I return keys, place is clean, and damages fixed I should be getting my deposit back! the Hall has already had many parties that I have proof of and he still not calling me to return my deposit!
