They offer several group exercise classes, indoor equipment and walking track. Saunas in the locker rooms. They offer extended hours fobs as well, so it’s pretty easy to access. Parking lot can get full at times with sporting events but the exercise areas are never too busy!
I bought my child a student membership, but every time he tries to go use the facility, I get a call to come get him because the space is being used for some other activity. I am not sure what good purchasing the membership is anymore if my child is not allowed to use the floor since children are not allowed to use the upper level.
great facility and nice staff. prices are reasonable
