Called to set up an appointment and was told they were very busy, but managed to set a date and time. I arrived at the business address and it was dead. No one inside, no one answering the doorbell or the phone. Finally got a call back to say that Dil was “unwell” but he would be there in 15 mins if I still wanted to meet. I asked why I had not been contacted to rearrange or at least cancel. A torrent of excuses followed, to cover up the fact that he had clearly forgotten. Massively unprofessional.
