Great staff and very professional
Dr. Mahan was amazing. He took his time with my mother that has been to several hearing specialists to help her with her hearing. He was so patient during the testing and made sure she understood exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on with her hearing loss and gave my mother and myself peace that he will make sure she will get the proper hearing aides for her situation. Sterling Mahan was pleasant and professional, evaluated my needs, and made recommendations. Also, I was comfortable meeting him because I couldn't get assistance from two other hearing aid services in Orange Park and Jacksonville.
I went in because I was having a problem with my hearing aid to see if they could fix it. I arrived after closing and I was turning to walk away since I noticed the sign said they were closed but they opened the door and Invited me in. He promptly fixed it along with adjusting the levels and taught me about the various settings for different environments. I don’t recall my original guy showing me all of this.
