Sterling was very professional as well as personable. He made me feel comfortable throughout the hearing test and the rest of the appointment. He at no time pressured me but instead explained all the options and prices along with quality of the hearing aids so that I was free to make my own decision. He was very efficient at checking my insurance coverage
