Bought a $500 chair originally from them that was a knock off of a Herman miller. Fell apart after about 7 years. The parts that needed replaced were cheap plastic parts. After getting passed from person to person for well over a month they finally came back with a quote.To fix the chair they want over $500 to ship just the parts from China.
