I’m new to the area, I appreciated my call and conversation with Jay. He had great communication, was able to make things efficient and smooth.
First troubleshooting with a technician by cellphone but only partly fixing our phone line we set an appointment for service call the next business day. Cooper showed up and immediately assessed and completed wire replacements. Even though we then had outgoing and incoming phone service he walked thru our outside connections; went back to the office to get the bucket truck.
