I wish there were an option to give zero stars. My experience with this RCIC (Sandeep Bhullar) was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My work permit application was refused, and throughout the entire process, it felt like neither she nor her staff genuinely cared about my case. whenever call them calls were often put on hold for extended periods.
