Christiana is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel relaxed and cared for. She is so knowledgeable about skincare and really takes the time to understand your needs. My skin has never looked or felt better and I left glowing! The whole experience is professional yet warm and personal. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I booked an appointment for April 2, 2024 (yes, almost a year and a half ago) and couldn't make it due to life happening so I cancelled before the appointment and every month for the last year and 4 months, Christiana has been trying to charge me $115 for the FULL SERVICE. I've sent numerous emails, texts, and even called the place since last April to speak with her and she just texted me back last Saturday at 10pm telling me "not to book appointments if I can't make it to them and that I'm trying to scam her".
