very poor service. entered my daughter's w-2 wrong causing her family to he audited for fraud. months ago her tax refund was to be deposited... she filed in January. they had the audacity to tell her that it would cost 75 dollars per hour for the company to deal with the IRS and get this mess straightened out... after paying 250 dollars to get their simple taxes done. I recommend everyone run away from this company. don't waste your money or time. I have already recommended that they turn this company into the BBB
