Thank you so much Clear Choice we are so happy we have found you to help out with the purchase of our home. Mike Juarez is our lender and has been so attentive to all questions or details helping us to close this deal. My experience wasn’t the best with this lender Mike.At the beginning everything was great with the communication even with educating me on the process ,preapproval, and finding a realtor. The problems begin when I was asking questions or the responses that I gave to Mike wasn’t what he excepted which lead to him being passive aggressive in his responses towards me.
