I have been so very pleased with John Cancelliere's service I just wanted to share it with others. I purchased my current Phonak hearing aids just over 2 years ago from John and they are perfect for me. Using the Android Phonak app, I can adjust the volume for my daily hearing as well as listen to my TV directly in my hearing aids with the optional Bluetooth Transmitter which I simply plugged into the TV. I called to get an appointment. When I asked if everyone was fully immunized against COVID, John became nasty, defensive, and angry on the phone, said the vaccine was deadly, he wasn't getting immunized and I should go elsewhere. He hung up on me. So, not great customer service or patient focused communication in addition to not being immunized. If you don't care about immunization of your provider, this may be an OK place for you but doesn't seem to be a good communicator or very customer oriented to me.
Bought hearing aids. Excellent rechargeable ones.
