I was sent here by true hearing. it was the most awful experience. John ordered my hearing aide and i asked about the return policy he said I'm not gonna even tell you if you want to return them I'm done with you I'm the expert here he said. i received my hearing aides and asked him if he was going to adjust them to my hearing loss and he said no all i have to do is adjust the volume they automatically adjust themselves he also told me he did not have 20 min. to spend adjusting them i needed to call a number on a pamphlet . ... read more
I'm thankful that I did my due diligence and researched the reviews about Clear Choice Hearing in Bedford NH, and John in particular. I came to the conclusion that anything negative was written by perpetual malcontents. It's fortunate I read between the lines and disregarded the negative ones. John is a very upstanding guy with professionalism and experience. He isn't going to sell you on anything that you don't need or want. His communication is excellent on the phone and in person. John was excellent! He dealt with my husband, Kevin, in a kind and professional manner. He was patient with all of our questions, providing thorough answers in un complicated terms. What a delight to meet such a honest and straight forward individual, who seemed to care more about his client than his own profits. Highly recommend this man!!
I’m writing a review to thank John for his excellent service. I bought hearing aids from Clear Choice about 4 years ago; recently I asked John if I should get new ones. He explained the options and was upfront and honest about why getting news ones at this time may not be in my best interest. When I got my current aids John took the time to adjust my older hearing aids so I would have a working spare, they sounded better than when I got them new. He is direct, honest and does his job well. Thanks Roger
I had an appointment with John today regarding for advice on the purchase of hearing aids . I was referred to Clear Choice Hearing thru my insurance provider. John sounded great over the phone conversation setting up for todays appointment. He said that my insurance provider had a great plan for hearing aids. Was looking forward to his advice.
