John was excellent! He dealt with my husband, Kevin, in a kind and professional manner. He was patient with all of our questions, providing thorough answers in un complicated terms. What a delight to meet such a honest and straight forward individual, who seemed to care more about his client than his own profits. Highly recommend this man!!
I’m writing a review to thank John for his excellent service. I bought hearing aids from Clear Choice about 4 years ago; recently I asked John if I should get new ones. He explained the options and was upfront and honest about why getting news ones at this time may not be in my best interest. When I got my current aids John took the time to adjust my older hearing aids so I would have a working spare, they sounded better than when I got them new. He is direct, honest and does his job well. Thanks Roger
I had an appointment with John today regarding for advice on the purchase of hearing aids . I was referred to Clear Choice Hearing thru my insurance provider. John sounded great over the phone conversation setting up for todays appointment. He said that my insurance provider had a great plan for hearing aids. Was looking forward to his advice. In addition to his technical competence, John is a "regular" guy with no sales hustle, unlike many hearing aid companies. He's honestly looking to get YOU the best match for YOUR hearing needs at a fair price. He's down to earth and has just great instincts to get the right hearing aids for YOUR specific needs!
John was nothing but rude when i had anything negative to say about my hearing aids He didn’t give me the chance to explain what was going on. When I returned them for a refund he was extremely rude and wouldn’t even talk to me: . He needs to brush up on his people skills. He’s not only rude to his clients he’s rude to people who walk into the building and need direction . I would NOT recommend going there
