John has helped me so much! Previous audiologist told me I would need a cochlear implant. I initially contacted Zip Hearing, and they connected me with John. After reviewing my hearing loss chart, he said he could help me. Between him and Zip hearing, Signia 7 ax were recommended. I have worn these for 20 months or so, and they have changed my life! I would not recommend this business. John, the apparent owner is the person I ordered hearing aids from and scheduled my appointment a few weeks in advance only to find out he had to cancel my appointment with one day's notice. His reason... the hearing aids were not in. The reality is he delayed ordering them and had poor communication with me and the billing company! Doing business with Clear Choice Hearing is not worth the hassle for a savings on the purchase of hearing aids!! Paul
Worked with John almost 2 years ago to get new hearing aids. john was attentive and listened to all my concerns he even was more than thrilled to see my wife showed up with me for my hearing aid adjustment. Since I really need to hear her voice for a good life with a happy wife..
