Honestly, if I could provide a rating lower than ZERO stars I would do so. No customer service, no return calls, and when you do speak with someone, they act like you're doing them a favor! And to think I purchased stock at $1.24 a share thinking it would actually increase in value, and it went down further. Really disappointing place that used to be a leader in the outdoor industry.

Filled out the contact form on website asking for email communication and was contacted via phone by someone who didn't read any of the details in the contact form. They also committed to emailing me more information and I never received anything from them. I've now called and left a voicemail twice in the past few weeks for another sales individual and still haven't heard back.
