I went to the Lexington Ave location. The booking experience was fast and convenient. The front desk clerk was very sweet. I hope this business does well but there must be a better description of the facility, such as no shower or sink. Also, the sauna is right next to the front desk separated by a lose barn door with a crack; you can hear the chatter of the customers and business arrangements.I'm sorry to say, it wasn't relaxing.

I have been coming to this location for years and love the treatments provided. The cocoon which I recently tried on promotion has to be my favorite. Looking forward to more sessions
I enjoyed my time at Cleansing Concept. The place is clean and safe . The staff members are excellent and professional.
Andrea is the best. For my first time doing the colon cleanse she went through the process in detail what I will be feeling and what I should do.i will be coming back. Also doing the foot spa. Have to take care of this body.
