I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Cleansing Concepts in Garden City. We were charged twice for the same appointment and despite bringing this to their attention immediately, the staff refused to issue a refund or provide contact information for the owner or manager so we could follow up. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. I went to the Lexington Ave location. The booking experience was fast and convenient. The front desk clerk was very sweet. I hope this business does well but there must be a better description of the facility, such as no shower or sink. Also, the sauna is right next to the front desk separated by a lose barn door with a crack; you can hear the chatter of the customers and business arrangements.I'm sorry to say, it wasn't relaxing.

I have been coming to this location for years and love the treatments provided. The cocoon which I recently tried on promotion has to be my favorite. Looking forward to more sessions

I enjoyed my time at Cleansing Concept. The place is clean and safe . The staff members are excellent and professional.
