I arranged for Tyrone to clean my 2 sofas and rug this morning. I took a day off work and no one turned up. Should have at least sent a message to say he would not be coming. Very unprofessional. Yes, I could ring him to find out why he did not turn up. Instead I will arrange with another company to do the work.

Tyrone was prepared to come out and do a material test free of charge, before confirming the upholstery could be cleaned. Unheard of! It could be cleaned and looked amazing. Great value for money too! Thanks Tyrone. I will use you next time.
