My experience with Cleanway Melbourne was absolutely terrible. The call center staff were unhelpful and provided incorrect information, often making false promises. The managers were completely incompetent and a waste of time. Despite claiming to be one of the largest fleet cleaning companies in Australia, they are actually one of the worst to deal with. I found the service of Cleanaway fantastic all the way up until I signed a contract with them. Communication was amazing, everything happened and lined up when it should, and right afterward I felt like another number. If a service was missed, there was a lot of finger pointing going on, my calls were never returned as I had to continue following up by email of phone calls, and when I did talk to our account manager it always felt like my problem was not his problem. Made no effort to come up the driveway and beep the horn for the bins, just drives straight past. Charged $150.00 all caught on camera. Laughable

Phone message saying unusual volume of calls but only ever one or two in the queue. After half an hour on hold, receive a message saying the system is not working properly and to call again later. Went down to the Brooklyn clean away centre and was charged almost $100 to drop off a box trailer of green waste!

Terrible experience with this company. Price almost doubled and justified by rising costs and yet their competitor offered me a cheaper deal by almost half! Never again! Then 60 days to cancel!!!!
