What a joke of a company, very unprofessional and lack of any care. 20mins hold time is a standard. Operations team never came out to us on proposed date/ time. Now it's been over 2 weeks on the phone everyday to try get a new lock/ key for our bin seems impossible for this company to do anything right. Cleanaway × Citywide = No service, just excuses. Save your money + time and go with another company, these 2 companies are literally 'garbage'.
What an absolute joke of a company 'CleanAway-CityWide' Unprofessional phone staff who could not have cared less. 20mins on hold is the standard and when they hang up on you, you need to go through the whole process again. We have had to call everyday for over 2 weeks to try get a key from this very unorganised and unprofessional company. We told them we would take our business elsewhere and was told "I completely understand, I would too" This was from their Customer Service Manager (Sharelin).

My experience with Cleanway Melbourne was absolutely terrible. The call center staff were unhelpful and provided incorrect information, often making false promises. The managers were completely incompetent and a waste of time. Despite claiming to be one of the largest fleet cleaning companies in Australia, they are actually one of the worst to deal with.
