I am very displeased with my resent visit, I was charged the minimum cost of $120 for 5kg of waste cardboard and rubbish (last year $90), prices were not listed before entry and a wait time was also no provided before proceeding past entry, I waited 30mins to enter the drop off zone and no other vehicle infront of me entered either. Why can waste not be measured by weight I believe that a minimum $120 charge is outrageous and should be changed immediately. Came and dropped off a boot load of cardboard completely free. Staff were good and had no issues whatsoever. I was in and out in 2-3 minutes, good stuff.

Cleanaway is the bane of my existence. Call up to ask about recycling and can’t get a straight answer. Or they will say they accept and then reject you when you get there. It’s so vague what amounts they accept, sometimes (rarely now) they let me recycle but they change up constantly. Please just make your policy consistent! Put in a weight limit or something.
