Came here said it was open at 10 pm it’s 23:17 time wasting
Appalling customer service. I called in advance to confirm if the service was for free. I explained that what I had was household waste and I was told that yes, I could drop it off for free. When I got there, I was greeted by this "lovely" front desk lady (who by the way, seems to be the star of the reviews here) with "What are you doing here?" This waste centre is the worst I have ever visited. Specifically, the lady at the check-in/out station was rude and failed to communicate properly about where customers should dispose of their waste. Additionally, she exhibited racist behavior despite being from Indonesia herself. Consider that you might also become a victim of such racism one day.
The most expensive place to throw stuff away I have ever been to. I paid literally double more than anywhere else. Not only that the place is a mess. I had to clear my own path to get out as there was timber with embedded nails, steel and glass everywhere. If you are going to charge so much. Get a few house keepers in ffs
Seems to prefer refuse trucks now. $95 minimum charge for dropping a boot full of household rubbish is excessive. No wonder there is so much illegal dumping and abuse of council pick-ups.
