The team at Clean Slate was extremely helpful in alleviating the stress and work of dealing with our tax situation. They kept us informed and would promptly answer questions. We are very grateful for their services.
I reached out to CleanStateTax for help with an IRS payment agreement and paid a very high fee for their service. Unfortunately, the agreement they provided was not what I expected. When I contacted them again, they told me I would need to pay an additional nearly $3,000 to redo the agreement. While they appear professional, be cautious—if you have a similar experience, you could end up paying much more than you owe to the IRS just for an agreement.
I worked with Joe Pirrotta during the summer of 2023 to complete tax returns under a tight deadline. Joe and his team at CST understood the urgency, worked seemlessly with my bookkeepers, were very responsive, and completed the returns to meet my deadline. I recommend working with Joe and CST without reservation.
