Their driver was supposed to call me one hour before he arrived so I could have someone meet him at a remote location and sign the waste manifest. We have done this procedure with Clean Harbors for several years now. This time I never received a call and apparently the driver showed up, took the drum without anyone signing the manifest and now, after a phone call every day this week, I cannot get a copy of the manifest.

The delivery went smoothly, and it took about an hour to unload. The employees were friendly and helpful, which made the process easier. The only challenge was the tight space for backing into the dock—it’s a bit tricky to maneuver, but manageable with some patience. Overall, a decent experience.

Amazing guys. Broker told me they unload till 3pm but it’s actually by 2pm. Luckily I came across some great people and they took me in. Can’t thank them enough. Thank you Cash 👑!

If you're picking up freight here don't you will be here all day. They pull the freight once you get here. I've been here 6 hours and counting. A carrier can't make money this way.
