Terrible coordination, and logistics management. They came in to our facility to pack up some hazardous material items, it took them over four and a half hours and they didn't even finish, and they left a huge mess everywhere, and they didn't even clean up afterwards. They had to come back a second time, to clean and repack. Then they were to come back a third time to pick the materials up (All of this should have been done in one day, that was what was agreed on.
