Sad that I have to give them 1 star, my dad is a bedbound patient and has to be taken in a wheel chair to his appointments. Today, when my dad was finished at his appointment they gave my sister a business card with a phone number to call it took my sister and I 45 minutes and they never answered. I finally called his insurance and they told me that no one at the office was answering them either and that they had sent a fax to let them know that my dad was ready for pick up and it could take up to an hour or more. Both my parents are in wheelchairs and require transport by ambulette service. They attend an adult day care program in White Plains. CLC Transportation was introduced to my parents by the program. My parents are so comfortable with the company they now use them for every medical appointment. The drivers are extremely compassionate and always arrive on time! In addition the office staff works very closely with scheduling any appointments they need. A big thank you to CLC and the staff.

I'm impress how professional and courteous the drivers are, if you need a company reliable to transport you or family member this is the one.
