I attempted to open a new account 06/30/2021. I have Lafayette and Houston homes. My driver's license is from Texas. I provided proof of the Lafayette address as requested. However, the manager declined my business because they were a new business establishment and need to protect the bank against scams and identity theft. I provided the identity.
