On the 2nd of September I got into a VERY minor rear end accident. Cars didn’t require towing, no one called for a tow truck either. All of a sudden not one, not two, not three but 4 of the Clayton trucks showed up supposedly having been tipped off by an “undercover cop”. Honestly I think about this regularly about how they were so aggressive in trying to push both parties to have their cars towed. Mind you I had spoken to my insurer and made sure it was okay for me to drive home which was a 3 minute drive from the location ... read more
Thanks to Clayton’s Towing today for their prompt response. Mick was our operator a very professional friendly efficient safety conscious operator. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Very professional with strong attention to safety and care for our vehicle and ourselves. They were quite quick to respond considering the high demand for their services, and even made an extra effort to get my vehicle to a repair place just before they closed, so that it was safely in the mechanics compound over the weekend. We had two tows within a week, firstly with Tia then Hank and Chris, and they were all very respectful, personable and extremely good at their job. Great job performed by all the staff.... But a big shout out to FRANK who has been a gem with the past 2 of my car's that have ended up in Gympie and Bli Bli storage yards. He's very understanding and patient towards the customers and their individual circumstances that led them to Clayton's Towing
Excellent service. We broke down in a dangerous spot on a Friday night. But Claytons Unit 813 from Nambour took care of us in quick time. Nice to have a driver who not only prioritised safety but also treated us like VIPs! Highly recommend Claytons Towing Service.
