Sally and Susan at the Woodruff Rd location were absolutely delightful to work with! I showed up with no appointment and in desperate need of in-stock tile and they were happy to help me. I left with one of my favorite tiles by sheer stroke of luck and quick thinking by these ladies. Thank you both so much for taking the time to speak with and help me

I had been dreaming of my bathroom remodels for 8 years. I really wanted some fun tile. I had seen Clayton Tile on so many beautiful new builds and remodels on social, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford anything. I worked with Lauren at the Task Industrial store. I gave her my budget and she was able to help me pick out a combination of tiles that gave me the "fun" I wanted and still stayed in my budget. Always nice and professional, but could've been a little more responsive to help us on our way. I had to overorder some tile, to ensure I had enough. "No problem to return in stock items," they said. Well, I was made to feel like I was putting them out to actually return items, like jumping through hoops. Dealt with them a few times through the years. This was the first I felt this way.
