She is absolutely amazing. I file my taxes as early as I can every year. I have been going to her for years. She is the only tax person I will ever use.
I've known this person for years. I will not go back. This year, I was screwed over when someone else's bank account was used instead of mine. This has NEVER happened to me. It's been many months and many calls to the irs looking for my return. It's extremely hard to get through to them as it already is. I guess this is what happens when they don't double triple check their work when filing and more than likely doing more than one file at a time.
I have been going to Clayton Tax Service for years. They are able to do Federal and any state filings. Lori's rates are very reasonable and her knowledge of tax processes is amazing! No question is too hard and she even corrects past filings from other preparers that mess things up. I highly recommend giving Clayton Tax Services a try to know how good they really are!
