The notary herself was absolutely wonderful—very kind, humble, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything was handled on her end. However, my experience with the receptionist was quite disappointing. She came across as rude and unwelcoming, responded to my questions with an attitude, and even made dismissive facial expressions like eye-rolling.
