If I could rate this place a -100000 I would. I genuinely regret spending a single dollar at Clayton Furniture. This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any business.I went in looking for a sturdy bed frame and made it VERY clear to Tony that I did not want something flimsy or cheap because I’ve had one break before. We have been buying from them for over 30 years. The owner, always nice, sincere, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. He has been out of the store and has another guy working there, who gave us a speech as soon as we walked in the door about you better buy the today because of tariffs, etc. I felt like he was scolding us. We went back again to look at a sectional and he said he could not help us and to referred us to several other furniture stores. The owner always would look for us and never turned us away.
