They were an okay last-minute option when our usual tax preparer became suddenly unavailable. However, the overall experience was disappointing and felt deceptive. They offer a 10% discount in exchange for a 5-star review — something both my fiancée and I did the same night and confirmed with “Clay.” Despite that, we never received the discount.
