Have tried for almost a month to get in to see Kline. Had the wrong appointment time down twice (supposedly) even though I had called to confirm each time. The first time I went in (due to I had the wrong time), the older lady that came to help out with my appointment, was very hateful and nasty to me. Then when my husband showed up, she was very nice and sweet to him. This office gave my family the run around. And after 3 weeks of them rescheduling their appointments the receptionist finally admitted that there was a conflict of interest because they knew John Pham the owner of Bangkok Gardens which is funny because he is represented by a whole different law firm. When Lori Kline's office was asked, why didnt you share this three weeks ago.
