Honestly… I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars. Probably friends and family member making fictitious posts. In the 3 years I have lived in Clay County, not once has an appointment time been kept. Myself, my wife, my kid, my sister, my mom, my nephew all have had a poor experience here. EVERY TIME. What is the point of setting an appointment if not once has it been on time.
