Plan on taking half a day off work. No one seems to be capable of functioning without requesting help. Every time I've been there, they have to stop and get help. Either no one knows what they're doing, or the systems don't work well. A fine display of how inefficient government agencies work... If you were getting chicken nuggets at a fast food place, you'd lose your mind. Somehow we accept that our government is this inefficient and slow...17 booths and yet you'll be waiting minimum of an hour if not much longer.
This office is very well organized. Whenever I visit I never have to wait long even if it is very crowded. I want to compliment Nic who assisted me today. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He was also very positive and personable. Tami Trecida
Their website design is the worst I have seen. I found it impossible to renew my car registration on their Clay County Tax site this morning. The CAPCHA would never take after 2 separate attempts and six redo's each time. 👎
